Welcome Retired Pastors!

This page is all about how you are doing, where you fit in and your adjustment and spiritual growth as you have come to the place of retirement. For many of us retirement from the pastorate does not mean retirement from the ministry. For many, it means just that! Retirement from pastoring! Each of us is working and seeking to understand what it means for us—if it does not mean to stay in bed on Sundays.

We encourage you to read and share your experience, your hope for life, and if possible your new place in life and ministry, during this phase called retirement.

Also, if you have an audio or video sermon that you would like to share with our audience, please be sure to call us at: 215-217-4436. Please send your name, title, current or former Church affiliation, email address and phone number so that we can respond to any concerns that you may have. It is no doubt obvious that we will not be able to display every sermon or teaching that everyone sends, but we’ll do our best to present your material as soon as we possibly can. But, no guarantees on time. Finally, we do allow space for our public to give feedback on all materials.

Blessings and Congratulations!

MINISTRY AFTER THE PASTORATE
What do I do now? Where do I attend Church? I’d like to retain my membership at the Church where I’ve served, but I don’t want to be an obstacle for the new pastor. Shall I tithe there and worship elsewhere? Where in the Church world do I fit in?

If you have asked yourself these and similar questions, you are on the right page. Here you may find some answers, but most of all you’ll find support for your new status and place in life.
